Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Property Management or leasing.
• Experience managing a leasing team or function.
• Preferred: 4-year college degree or 2-year associate degree.
• Designation such as ARM, CAM, RAM, or HCCP is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, social media and online marketing tools.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and local regulations.
