Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of related experience in financial services.
• Prefer post-approval knowledge to loan closing in equipment finance transactions.
• Prefer knowledge of equipment finance collateral including aircraft, marine, and rail.
• Strong understanding of lease and loan documentation requirements.
• Self-motivated with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaborative style and ability to partner with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation packages for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and validate legal documentation on complex loan and lease transactions.
• Provide drafts of document revisions based on negotiations.
• Ensure correct lien perfection and appropriate collateral documents.
• Analyze transactions including pricing, structure, and tax components.
• Manage closings with customers, counsel, and operations.
• Book transactions using the CAF front-end system (Rapport).
• Perform due diligence to meet conditions precedent to closing.
• Support training and procedures development for the team.
• Act as a resource for colleagues on the team.
