Qualifications

• 7+ years in equipment leasing or finance documentation and funding.
• Experience leading documentation teams and senior mentoring.
• Deep knowledge of UCC filings, lien perfection, and insurance docs.
• Proven ability to review and negotiate master leases and notes.
• Familiarity with TRAC, Split-TRAC, FMV, and First Amendment leases.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end documentation and lease administration process for complex equipment lease and loan transactions.
• Review, prepare, and negotiate master leases, equipment schedules, promissory notes, guaranties, amendments, riders, and other transaction documents.
• Oversee UCC filings, lien searches and perfection, titled equipment requirements, insurance documentation, organizational documents, and signature authority.
• Review transaction structures and documentation for consistency with credit approvals, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Partner with Sales, Credit, Syndication, Accounting, and funding sources to resolve documentation issues and keep transactions moving toward closing.
• Manage complex documentation exceptions, waivers, amendments, and post-funding requirements, escalating issues as needed.
