INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Lease Analyst for a 6- to 8-month contract in Houston, TX. The role supports the Senior Lease Analyst in lease administration, acquisition cleanup, and ownership research, with a focus on NM state/federal leases and oil & gas contracts.

Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of oil and gas land agreements, contract interpretation, and strong Excel skills. Experience with MyQuorum is essential, and the team collaborates across land, accounting, and legal functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Lease Analyst or related oil & gas experience.
• Strong knowledge of NM state and federal leases.
• Ability to interpret complex land documents and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Support Senior Lease Analyst in lease administration and acquisition cleanup.
• Review and interpret oil & gas agreements (JOAs, Leases, ROWs, Surface Use).
• Process NM state/federal lease obligations and ownership interests.
• Conduct title/ownership research and reconcile lease records.
• Validate ownership info for royalty, rental, and payments.
• Ensure contract terms comply with obligations; collaborate with teams.
