Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Land Administration – Leases and Contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with interdepartmental Company personnel.
• Set up oil and gas leases and associated contracts.
• Review and analyze oil and gas leases for key terms and provisions.
• Analyze data and enter information into land systems with high accuracy.
• Maintain mineral ownership records, leasehold interests, and contractual obligations.
• Research and resolve leasehold discrepancies and ownership issues.
• Monitor lease obligations and critical dates to ensure compliance.
• Maintain reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
