Job summary

Weitzman Group, a Texas-based commercial real estate services firm, seeks a Lease Administrator for its Dallas office. You will interpret lease terms, manage changes, and support year-end reconciliations across CAM, insurance, taxes, and other items.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in lease administration, strong Excel skills, and experience with MRI or Yardi. The role includes on-site duties with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant commercial real estate, lease administration, accounting, or related experience.
• Experience with MRI and/or Yardi property management software preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, PivotTables, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and abstract lease information into MRI, Yardi or other lease administration software.
• Review and process lease changes for tenant/lease related functions.
• Prepare year-end adjustments to ensure accuracy and lease compliance.
