CBRE is seeking a Senior Lease Admin Analyst in Dallas, TX. You will conduct reconciliations for large clients to ensure operating expenses follow lease terms, and contribute to lease administration activities including portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.
The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong MS Office skills.

The minimum salary for the Senior Lease Admin Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
