Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Transaction Management Analyst to provide evaluation and support for lease administration and financial reporting. The role sits within the Brokerage function, supporting transactions, negotiations, and administration for commercial properties.

You will monitor lease activity, track financial metrics, and help ensure accuracy across reporting and scorecards. The ideal candidate has up to three years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and an analytical mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to follow existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor, and report monthly on lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and increases.
  • Support tracking lease information, property values, capex, rent rates, and real estate assignments.
  • Assist with managing local transaction implementation.
  • Facilitate closeout process including hand-off to lease administration team.
  • Provide transactional financial breakdown support to the team.
  • Participate in real estate transactions such as lease negotiation and administration.
  • Maintain quality assurance programs, customer satisfaction surveys, KPI, and transaction scorecards.
  • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
  • Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information and verify understanding.

As a CBRE Transaction Management Analyst, you will provide evaluation and support for lease administration and financial reporting.

This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.

What You'll Do
  • Manage, monitor, and report monthly on the progress of lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and increases.
  • Support tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
  • Assist with managing local transaction implementation.
  • Facilitate closeout process including hand-off to lease administration team.
  • Provide transactional financial breakdown support to the team.
  • Participate in various real estate transactions such as lease negotiation and administration.
  • Administer quality assurance program, customer satisfaction surveys, key performance indicators, and transaction scorecards.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
