We are looking for a Senior Learning Technologist to join our HR Team at either of our corporate offices in Chicago, IL or Omaha, Nebraska.
As the Senior Learning Technologist, reporting to the HR Manager/Product Manager of Talent and Learning Systems, you will lead the configuration and support of our Talent and Learning platforms. You will manage platform configurations, serving as the primary vendor liaison, driving enterprise-wide implementations and content delivery. You will enhance learning experiences and supporting talent development through technology and data.
What you'll do in this role:
Platform Ownership & Configuration
WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform: Act as the primary vendor relationship manager, identifying opportunities to improve user experiences, lead the development, testing, and deployment of WalkMe content for Talent and Learning teams. Guide and support other Conagra departments throughout the deployment process, ensuring seamless integration, providing advice, and facilitating use of WalkMe's capabilities to enhance departmental efficiency and user experience.
Degreed (LXP): Serve as co-owner, handling configurations and consulting on integrations and automations. Provide Tier 2 support for reporting, automations and sync issues.
LinkedIn Learning: Serve as the primary technologist, handling configuration and integration. Provide Tier 2 support for content access and sync issues, ensuring content feed integrity.
Enterprise Compliance Training Delivery
Collaborate with Legal and HR on enterprise-wide compliance training deployments, updating configurations of SCORM or AICC-based content, and optimizing employee experiences.
Analytics
Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to support Talent Development and Talent Management plans. Use product and production support data to inform the team's backlog, prioritization, while providing valuable insights and visualizations to facilitate strategic discussions and promote.
Cross-System Support
Be a backup administrator for Learning Management Systems, ensuring business continuity and user satisfaction.
Participate in user acceptance testing for new features and system updates.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in the field of instructional design, education, instructional systems technology, educational technology or related field.
5+ years experience in learning platform configurations or HR systems support.
Experience leading and consulting on tech implementations, data migrations, configuration and integrations.
WalkMe builder experience or familiarity with digital adoption platforms (certification preferred).
We require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.
You will typically be in the office 3 days a week. Mondays and Fridays are usually remote.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
