Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Docebo Technical Senior Consultant to lead the technical implementation workstream across discovery, design, build, test and deployment using an agile approach. You will define user journeys for Docebo integrations, configure data conversion, and guide stakeholder reviews while managing milestones and risks.

Applicants should have 4+ years of Docebo experience, travel up to 50%, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
4+ years of experience in Docebo implementations and optimizations focused on technical and data conversion.
Ability to travel 0-50%, based on the work and clients served.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead the Docebo technical implementation workstream through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using an agile delivery methodology.
Define user journeys and user stories to support Docebo integrations via connectors, API, xAPI, and flat file integrations.
Configure the application across technical and data conversion areas and facilitate joint design sessions.
Gather technical and data requirements, document current-state operations, and identify value drivers across HR transformation.
Develop data migration, conversion and integration plans while managing milestones, scope, budget and risks.
