Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Docebo Senior Consultant to drive LMS implementations and optimize learning platforms for client organizations in the United States. You will lead discovery, design, build, and deployment efforts within an agile framework, shaping user journeys and configurations across modules.

You will gather requirements, manage milestones, and ensure timely delivery while coordinating with stakeholders. Travel up to 50% and an emphasis on Docebo expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience implementing and optimizing Docebo, with expertise in Learning Management Platform, UI/UX, or technical and data conversion.
• Experience delivering and implementing at least one Docebo module.
• Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead Docebo implementation workstreams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using an agile delivery methodology.
• Establish user journeys and user stories to support the design and configuration of Organization Units, Learning Objects, Channels, Pathways, and Skills features.
• Configure the application across LMS or technical/data conversion areas and facilitate stakeholder reviews through joint design sessions.
• Gather requirements, document current-state learning and talent service delivery operations, and identify value drivers across the learning and workforce transformation effort.
• Develop implementation plans, manage milestones, budget, scope, and risks, and drive accurate, timely delivery across the project or workstream.
