Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Docebo implementation workstreams across discovery, design, build, test and deployment.
• Gather business requirements, map user journeys and write user stories for configuration.
• Support iterative configuration across LMS/LXP, Transform, or data conversion space.
• Facilitate design sessions with stakeholders to review requirements and decisions.
• Document current-state operations and identify opportunities for transformation.
• Develop implementation plans covering scope, milestones, and risks.
