Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Docebo Consultant to help clients transform HR/Learning and Development programs through Docebo implementations, delivering measurable value and improved employee experiences.

You will collaborate with clients to design, configure, and deploy LMS solutions, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure alignment with business goals. A background in Big4 consulting and prior Docebo implementations are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years supporting Docebo or a comparable LMS like Workday, EdCast, Saba, Cornerstone, Oracle LMS, SAP SuccessFactors LMS, or Absorb.
• Willingness to travel 0–50% based on client needs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Docebo implementation workstreams across discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using agile methods.
• Gather requirements, map user journeys, and write user stories for Docebo configurations (Org Units, Learning Objects, Channels, Pathways, Skills).
• Configure Docebo across LMS/LXP, Transform, or Data/Technical space.
• Lead design sessions with stakeholders to validate decisions and refine the solution.
• Document current-state learning operations and identify transformation opportunities.
• Develop implementation plans covering scope, milestones, budget, and architecture; monitor risks and progress.
