Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Docebo Technical Senior Consultant to lead the technical implementation workstream and design Docebo integrations within our HR Strategy & Technology Offering in the United States.

The role requires 4+ years of Docebo experience, ability to travel up to 50%, and legal work authorization in the U.S. You will drive data migration, technical integration plans, and partner with stakeholders to deliver client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Docebo implementations and optimizations focused on technical and data conversion.
• Ability to travel 0-50%, based on client needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Docebo technical implementation workstream through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment in an agile setting.
• Define user journeys and stories to design Docebo integrations using connectors, API, xAPI, and flat file integrations.
• Configure the application across technical and data conversion areas and facilitate joint design sessions.
• Gather technical and data requirements, document current-state operations, and identify value drivers across learning and workforce transformation.
• Develop data migration, conversion and integration plans, managing milestones, scope, budget and risks.
