Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Docebo Senior Consultant in the United States to lead implementation workstreams and design configurations that transform HR/Learning practices. The role emphasizes agile delivery, strategic requirements gathering, and value-driven learning transformations for clients across industries.

The candidate will drive end-to-end Docebo deployments, establish user journeys, and manage milestones, with a focus on delivering measurable cost savings and improved employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years implementing and optimizing Docebo, with expertise in LMS/UI/UX or data conversion.
• Experience delivering and implementing at least one Docebo module.
• Ability to travel 0-50%, based on work and clients.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead Docebo implementation workstreams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using an agile delivery methodology.
• Establish user journeys and user stories to support design and configuration of Organization Units, Learning Objects, Channels, Pathways, and Skills features.
• Configure the application across LMS or data conversion areas and facilitate stakeholder reviews through joint design sessions.
• Gather requirements, document current-state learning and talent service delivery operations, and identify value drivers across the learning and workforce transformation effort.
• Develop implementation plans, manage milestones, budget, scope, and risks, and drive timely delivery across the project or workstream.
