The role focuses on translating business needs into scalable technology solutions, data integrity, and compliant processes across global teams.

The ideal candidate brings advanced analytical skills, experience with HRIS/Workday in a learning context, and a track record of delivering automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with Workday Learning and HRIS processes preferred.
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent learning stakeholders’ needs in discovery, backlog refinement, release planning, and solution design.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve controls through data-driven analysis.
Lead cross-functional projects, automation initiatives, and technology implementations.
Develop data-integrity reviews, reconciliations, reports, and control processes.
