Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP in Findlay, Ohio, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with Middle Office leadership, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and bridge gaps with Digital teams.

You will support risk, performance measurement, data and reporting initiatives, drive process improvements, and help establish data governance across finance, accounting, and commercial functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders across functions is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with data reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Middle Office to elicit and prioritize requirements for Risk, Performance Measurement, Data, and Reporting.
• Serve as liaison between Middle Office and Digital teams to communicate priorities.
• Lead process reviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners and Digital teams to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Support data governance, data quality initiatives, and testing/adoption activities.
