Job summary

Accenture is seeking a learning strategy consultant to lead day‑to‑day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination. You will build strong client relationships and apply hypothesis‑driven analysis to decompose complex challenges into actionable insights.

You will advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design, repositioning L&D as a strategic enabler of business performance, and you will design AI-enabled learning

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Build strong client relationships with delivery counterparts as a reliable day-to-day partner.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, processes, and tech.
