Citigroup Inc. Learning organization seeks a senior Learning Advisor Lead for Citi Private Bank and Citi Global Wealth at Work in New York. You will identify learning needs, design strategies, and partner with HR and business leaders to deliver integrated solutions that drive performance.

You will oversee governance, measure impact, manage budgets, and ensure compliance while developing and delivering leadership, professional skills, and career development programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Learning
• Consulting and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to apply adult learning theory to curricula and programs
• Proven ability to use data to tell a story and drive decisions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive leadership and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and market a Learning strategy for Citi Private Bank and Citi Global Wealth at Work
• Conduct root cause and gap analyses to identify opportunities and solutions
• Serve as a trusted partner and consultant to senior stakeholders
• Advise on learning products to comply with standards and governance
• Facilitate in-person and virtual learning experiences on leadership and career development
• Measure learning impact and communicate outcomes to stakeholders
• Manage the learning budget for Citi Private Bank and Citi Global Wealth at Work
• Collaborate across HR to provide a consistent partner experience
• Monitor market trends to anticipate future capability requirements
• Ensure risk controls and ethics in learning governance
