Job summary

Citi Private Bank is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to provide comprehensive financial and investment guidance to Citigold and Citigold Private Client segments in New York. You will collaborate with a Wealth team to deliver tailored strategies across traditional and alternative investments, supported by Citi’s research and advisory platforms.

The role emphasizes client relationship building, rigorous compliance, and ongoing education with licensing obligations, including mortgage origination

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in financial advisory.
• Licenses: SIE, Series 7, 66 (or 63/65) required.
• Mortgage loan originator registration with NMLS required to refer clients to Citi.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new clients to bring in bank and brokerage assets.
• Deepen relationships with existing clients using financial planning and profiling skills.
• Respond to referrals and recommend the best offering based on client profiling and suitability.
• Make securities recommendations and provide investment advice using firm models and research.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners when appropriate (e.g., Small Business Partners, Home Lending Officer).
• Acquire new clients through converting referral leads and manage follow-up with compliance in mind.
