• Lead the identification, definition, and documentation of program training requirements based on mechanical, manufacturing, and operational process needs.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and SubjectMatterExperts to translate technical requirements into learning objectives and training solutions.
• Manage multiple training-related projects and deliverables, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and customer requirements are met.
• Ensure Boeing training content aligns with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Travel to other Boeing locations to support local training.
