Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing aircraft maintenance on USAF and/or USN aircraft.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Maintenance/Avionics experience on F-22, F-35, F/A-18, F-15.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and defines customer technical training needs and requirements
• Develop technical training proposals
• Evaluates and determines training objectives, content, design, and technologies
• Uses specialized software technology to research, develop and modify new and existing media and materials
• Prepares lesson plans and instructs participants
• Researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of standard technical training
• Supports developing and documenting training standards and specifications
