Job summary

CoreWeave, the essential cloud for AI, seeks a senior Learning Partner for Technical Development to own design and delivery of learning programs across Data Center Operations and Product & Engineering. You’ll translate complex AI concepts into engaging training and partner with leadership to align capabilities with business needs.

You will lead programs end-to-end, evangelize data-driven improvement, and drive AI fluency across a fast-growing, technically fluent workforce at CoreWeave.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development or related field.
• Experience designing learning programs for technical or highly specialized subject matter.
• Track record of advising senior stakeholders on learning strategy.
• Experience operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments where scope evolves.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop multi-modal learning programs for DC Ops or Product & Engineering.
• Translate complex AI infrastructure concepts into accessible learning content for diverse audiences.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and use data to drive program improvements.
• Own programs end-to-end from scoping to evaluation with minimal supervision.
