Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Learning Partner for Technical Development to design and deliver multi-modal learning programs across DC Operations and Product & Engineering. You will own programs end-to-end, translate complex AI concepts into practical training, and partner with senior technical stakeholders.

You bring 5–8+ years in instructional design or L&D, proven ability to influence senior leaders, and comfort working in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or a closely related field.
• Experience designing learning programs for technical or highly specialized subject matter.
• Track record of advising senior stakeholders on learning strategy.
• Experience operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where scope is ambiguous and priorities evolve.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of multi-modal learning programs for DC Operations or Product & Engineering.
• Translate complex AI infrastructure concepts into accessible learning experiences for non-technical audiences.
• Conduct needs analyses with technical leaders and translate findings into structured learning strategies with defined success metrics.
• Independently manage programs from scoping through evaluation, without close supervision.
• Develop and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids across your portfolio.
