Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development. The role requires leadership in MTSS/assessment implementation, strong communication, and facilitation skills for adult learners.

Extensive travel during peak season (July–October) is expected. Qualifications include a Master’s in educational leadership or related fields, plus substantial experience with preK-12 assessments and data-based decision making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field
• Bachelor’s Degree with five years of admin/interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats
• Test administration and scoring of preK-12 measures
• Experience with the listed assessment tools and educational technologies
• Proficiency in interpreting student data for instructional decisions

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using onsite and web-based formats
• Collaborate with Pearson internal teams on product releases and training revisions; attend monthly meetings
• Plan and travel independently
• Work with customers to understand training needs and adapt sessions accordingly

Education

Master's degree in educational leadership

Bachelor’s degree with five years of admin/assessment experience
