Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to support NA PRO Retail learning initiatives from the Miami area. You will create and facilitate engaging training on product knowledge, selling, leadership, and business acumen, collaborating with global teams.

The role involves managing LMS tasks, delivering instructor-led sessions (in person or virtual), and shaping learning materials with Articulate Rise. A strong background in L&D and facilitation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior Learning & Development experience preferred.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong presentation or facilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, courteous Learning Experience support to NA PRO Retail population.
• Develop and deliver elevated learning on Product Knowledge, Selling & Service, Leadership Development, Business Acumen, and Job Skills.
• Ensure team and stakeholder communications are timely and effective.
• Support Learning Management System tasks: upload, assign, record, and report training.
• Generate and analyze Learning completion reporting and learner surveys.
• Assist with communicating and championing global learning initiatives.
