Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Senior Learning Experience Manager to coach Guides, build leaders, and create a high-standard culture across campuses. You will focus on developing students’ life skills, leading workshops, and driving performance through data-driven coaching.

The role requires at least 5 years in education or related leadership, a leadership mindset, and readiness to relocate to multiple campuses in the US. This is a full-time W2 role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business or related field is required or preferred.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, with hiring and performance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
