Job summary

Client seeks a Senior Learning Experience Designer to lead live and blended learning initiatives for leadership development. This remote, temporary role focuses on designing engaging experiences across live, virtual, and hybrid formats.

You will transform business needs and stakeholder insights into clear learning outcomes, revamp onboarding programs, and convert in-person exercises to virtual formats while delivering facilitator guides and materials.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing leadership or professional learning experiences.
• Proven ability to craft in-person and virtual instructor-led programs.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences.
• Experience creating facilitator guides and participant resources.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

We're partnering with our client, a dynamic learning organization, to find a talented Senior Learning Experience Designer for live and blended learning initiatives. This remote, temporary role offers the chance to shape impactful leadership development experiences. Join a team committed to innovation and meaningful learning design. Senior Learning Experience Designer, Live & Blended Learning Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design of engaging live, virtual, and hybrid leadership development experiences, from initial concept to pilot implementation.
• Convert business needs, research, and stakeholder insights into clear, compelling learning outcomes and experience structures.
• Revamp existing in-person onboarding programs to enhance how new leaders integrate into the organization.
• Transition in-person leadership exercises into virtual formats while maintaining their interactive and reflective qualities.
• Develop high-quality learning assets such as facilitator guides, presentation decks, participant materials, and supporting tools with a focus on clarity and engagement.

Senior Learning Experience Designer, Live & Blended Learning Qualifications:

• Over 8 years of experience in designing leadership or professional learning experiences, with strong focus on adult, experiential, and behavior-change learning principles.
• Proven ability to craft facilitated, instructor-led programs for both in-person and virtual settings.
• Skilled in transforming complex concepts into simple, engaging, and practical learning experiences.
• Expertise in creating visual and written materials, including presentation decks and participant resources.
• Experience developing facilitator guides and experiences for diverse facilitators, with strong stakeholder management skills.
