Job summary

You will collaborate with SMEs and design teams to create multimedia content, ensure accessibility, and continuously improve solutions through feedback and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement practical learning experiences aligned to business objectives.
• Create learning experiences and multimedia-based content for learners using multiple delivery systems and modalities.
• Evaluate, update, and revise existing content to meet the learning objectives and needs of our employees.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design to create learning experiences and content that best fit the needs of the learner.
• Plan and execute learning projects.
• Apply UX design principles to enhance learning experiences.
• Integrate learning technologies into training programs.
