Qualifications

• Applied knowledge of adult learning theory and its use in determining what solution to build.
• Hands-on instructional design and course development experience.
• Sound judgment in evaluating content quality, prioritization, and business value.

Responsibilities

• Translate source material into learning strategies, storyboards, and build specifications for contributors and contractor teams.
• Govern AI-assisted content for accuracy, currency, source traceability, and safe use by AI systems and agents.
• Lead intake, triage, delegation, project planning, and lifecycle management for an assigned portfolio of work.
• Design scenario-based and in-the-flow practice experiences when they provide greater value than passive course content.
• Lead proof-of-concept efforts and recommend investments when existing platforms do not meet needs.
