OneTrust is seeking a Principal Learning Experience Designer to architect and scale high‑impact, release‑driven digital education for complex SaaS products. This senior IC sets the standard for quality, speed, and scalability, building flagship eLearning and reusable templates that align learning with product releases.

You will convert instructor‑led content into scalable self‑directed experiences, mentor other designers, and ensure accessibility and consistency across the portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Instructional Design or Education or similar.
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design or rapid eLearning, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience with Addie, Backward, and Agile design.
• Proven success delivering rapid eLearning in high‑volume, release‑driven environments.
• Strong ability to convert content into self‑directed learning.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deliver rapid, release‑synchronous eLearning for technical SaaS products using Rise.
• Convert ILT/VILT and SME content into scalable digital learning.
• Design and maintain modules that communicate changes and value.
• Create microlearning (≤15 minutes)
• Produce demo and how‑to videos with AI audio showing real workflows.
