Job summary

Replit is seeking a Sr. Learning Experience Lead to own our learning platform, onboarding, and enablement experiences. You will design journeys, facilitate live sessions, build content, and measure impact, turning initiatives into durable on-demand learning.

You’ll start with onboarding for our Support team and expand to broader company enablement, partnering with the People team to scale the function across Replit.

Qualifications

• Deep L&D/learning-experience expertise and ability to show impact.
• Builder mindset; ship and iterate learning apps and LMS experiences.
• Led multi-person, cross-functional onboarding or learning programs from scratch.
• Facilitation chops: run live sessions and convert to durable content.
• Measurement instinct; design and track metrics with leaders and ICs.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a small, fast, generative team.

Responsibilities

• Own the learning platform: roadmaps, journeys, instructional design and outcomes.
• Support onboarding end-to-end: facilitation, live-to-on-demand, role-based journeys.
• Create prescriptive learning content and plans.
• Own measurement criteria and data-driven results for onboarding impact.
• Grow the platform and learning function as adoption expands.
