They will partner with the Sales Trainer to co-design and co-deliver programs, and with the Director to shape the team’s learning model, while managing content delivery across Highspot, LMS, and Slack.

The Learning Experience Designer architects the microlearning ecosystem for Relativity’s sales enablement function — building fast, modular, AI-powered content that travels at the speed of the business. They also own onboarding as a designed, measured program — not a maintenance task. This person serves as the shared content engine for the full team, partnering closely with the Sales Trainer to co‑design and co‑deliver programs, and with the Director to shape the team’s overall learning model.
Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $116,000 and $174,000 The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
