Job summary

Replit is hiring a Learning Experience Creator to turn product knowledge into clear docs, guided learning, short videos, and interactive experiences. You’ll own learning content across formats, ensure accuracy, and deliver engaging experiences that help users self-serve and reach their goals.

You’ll collaborate with docs, learning platforms, and product teams, using AI-native tools to scale content and improve findability and CSAT.

Qualifications

• Proven learning-content creator with a portfolio in docs, tutorials, courses, or product education across formats.
• Strong writing ability to make complex topics clear, engaging, and warm.
• Storytelling across written, video, and interactive formats; hooks and pacing.
• Capable short-form video creator comfortable on/off camera.
• Builder mindset: experiment with formats and use data to improve content.
• Fast to learn a product and explain it to newcomers accurately.
• Outcome-oriented: measure deflection, activation, self-serve success, CSAT.
• Collaborates well across a small, fast team.

Responsibilities

• Create new documentation and learning content at scale: articles, FAQs, tutorials, getting-started paths.
• Maintain content lifecycle across product launches with freshness reviews and updates.
• Develop learning experiences across formats: written, video, microlearning, interactive courses, GIFs, in-product tips.
• Build a content calendar focused on topics customers need, sequenced for impact.
• Enhance findability with clear titles, tags, and structure for search and AI readers.
• Measure engagement and outcomes; adjust calendar and content accordingly.
• Maintain a consistent, human voice across docs, learning, and video.
