You will partner with business leaders and SMEs to translate performance needs into engaging learning experiences that help employees develop skills and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• Experience designing blended learning solutions across multiple delivery methods.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management with business leaders and SMEs.
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation practices.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop blended learning programs including curricula, e-learning, ILT and virtual training materials, assessments, job aids, and performance support resources.
• Create storyboards, learner materials, facilitator guides, and supporting assets for engaging experiences.
• Develop content with clear learning objectives, logical progression, practical application, and measurable outcomes.
• Apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and accessibility standards.
• Prototype, test, evaluate, and refine learning solutions using learner feedback and performance data.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliverables while meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Establish and promote best practices in instructional design and learning experience development.
