You will partner with business leaders and SMEs to translate performance needs into engaging experiences that develop skills and deliver measurable results.

This role combines instructional design expertise, creativity, and business acumen to design innovative learning solutions that support organizational goals, with office presence

Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop blended learning programs, including curricula, e-learning modules, instructor-led and virtual training materials, assessments, job aids, and performance support resources.
• Create storyboards, learner materials, facilitator guides, and supporting assets that deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Develop content with clear learning objectives, logical progression, practical application, and measurable outcomes.
• Apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and accessibility standards to ensure effective learning experiences.
• Prototype, test, evaluate, and refine learning solutions using learner feedback, stakeholder input, and performance data.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliverables while meeting timelines and maintaining quality standards.
• Establish and promote best practices in instructional design and learning experience development.
