Job summary

You will own calendars, milestones, and delivery quality while leading sessions and webinars to represent the brand with professionalism.

This onsite role requires strong project management, data analytics, and collaboration with various teams. Expect approx. 25% travel and active budget oversight within training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Training, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Training, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, program execution, and training delivery.
• Approximately 25% travel required; travel industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive project management and delivery of training programs and initiatives.
• Own program calendars, timelines and milestones for consistent execution.
• Facilitate training sessions, webinars, or presentations with professionalism.
• Support scalability of training delivery and lead sessions as needed.
• Analyze performance data to inform program development and enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Manager on training strategies and content direction.
• Develop training outlines and translate strategy into actionable programs.
• Track performance metrics and ensure effective reporting and insights.
• Manage events and logistics for large-scale training initiatives.
• Ensure on-site execution at Royal Caribbean Group Headquarters Miami.
