The Senior Manager, Learning & Development, will be responsible for working with the People & Culture function to assist in the development, implementation, facilitation and maintenance of engaging sustainable Learning & Development programs, practices and initiatives including content creation (i.e., videos, didactics, quizzing), which further enhance the capability of the organization to deliver the company’s goals and objectives and drive positive employee experiences. Key programs include: leadership development, manager development, career development, informal ‘lunch and learn’ monthly session and connection to culture and purpose.
This role requires the Senior Manager to effectively prioritize competing deliverables, maintain high levels of confidentiality, troubleshoot and problem solve and partner across the enterprise.
The Senior Manager is also responsible for modeling and promoting the company’s values to help create a highly performing, engaged culture.
Key Responsibilities
Wage Range: $120,000 USD - $140,000 USD
