Qualifications

The Role

We’re hiring immediately for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead outbound strategy, manage a high-performing lead generation team, and grow a qualified, scalable sales pipeline.

In this hybrid strategic and executional role, you'll be responsible for building and deploying outbound campaigns, mastering CRM systems, and creating messaging that connects with top-tier brand and agency leaders. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and Client Development to identify high-value opportunities and turn them into active conversations.

You’ll be part strategist, part operator, and part storyteller, with a sharp commercial mindset and a bias for action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Strategy & Messaging
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create effective GTM strategies and campaigns tailored to specific customer segments.
  • Develop, test, and optimize outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and CRM channels
  • Manage and coach a lead generation team toward measurable pipeline goals
  • Business Development Support
  • Collaborate with Client Development on pitches, prospecting, and proposal development
  • Set and meet sales and revenue targets, using data to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform business development strategies.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline; oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to meeting scheduled.
  • Maintain HubSpot accuracy, monitor conversion rates, and deliver insights to senior leadership

You Might Be a Fit If You Have…

  • 5–8 years of experience in outbound marketing, sales development, or B2B demand generation
  • 2+ years of team management experience with a track record of hitting growth targets
  • Mastery of HubSpot, including campaign automation, workflows, segmentation, and reporting
  • Strong copywriting skills with proven ability to craft persuasive outbound messaging
  • A hunter’s mindset and proactive approach to opportunity creation
  • A passion for supporting creative work through sharp strategy and scalable systems
  • Base salary: $80,000–$125,000, depending on experience and past success in similar roles
