Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a dynamic Corporate Trainer/Facilitator to prepare new hires and advance existing employees at our Scottsdale, AZ office. You will design and administer training, maintain content, and lead Talent Development projects to improve ramp time and business impact.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, strong delivery skills, and the use of AI tools to enhance instructional design and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of L&D training experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years using an LMS or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and administer new hire training for all new associates entering the company.
• Assist with maintenance of training content, curriculums, activities and materials.
• Lead project management and delivery for Talent Development.
• Design effective presentations and teaching aids.
• Create executive summaries and leadership overviews with success measures.
