Job summary

ALCO Management is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design, develop, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs across the organization. You will partner with leaders to translate business needs into effective learning solutions and manage learning operations, technologies, and projects.

This in-person role reports to the Director of Learning & Development at ALCO’s Central Office in Memphis, TN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field required.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, training facilitation, organizational development, talent development, or related field.
• Experience designing and facilitating instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning programs.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems and supporting learning operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning solutions, including onboarding programs, leadership development experiences, workshops, and webinars.
• Administer, maintain, and optimize the organization's LMS and related learning technologies.
• Create, schedule, maintain, and publish learning offerings, enrollments, assignments, attendance records, and completion data.
• Manage learning calendars, training documentation, and learning resources; generate reports and analytics.
• Coordinate onboarding programs, leadership development initiatives, learning events, and other Talent Team programs; manage logistics and vendors.
