Job summary

Jane Street is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences for its Talent Development team. You will craft objectives, assessments, and content across online and in-person formats while collaborating with HR, SMEs, and external partners.

The role emphasizes adult-learning best practices, end-to-end instructional design, and excellent copywriting. A base salary between $175,000 and $225,000 plus discretionary bonus reflects the total

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience developing, implementing, and improving learning experiences.
• BA/MA in instructional design or education with knowledge of learning theories.
• Experience with end-to-end instructional design projects and adult-learning practices.
• Ability to write, edit, and proofread instructional copy, presentations, and scripts.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration across roles.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences across modalities.
• Analyze needs, map content to objectives, and develop assessments.
• Coordinate with HR partners, SMEs, instructional designers, and external partners.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver on time.
• Evaluate feedback and implement updates for future learners.
