LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Consultant to lead complex learning initiatives from needs analysis to evaluation. This role designs scalable learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, digital, blended, and performance-support formats, and partners with leaders to align outcomes with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Finance, or Business.
• 3+ years delivering live, instructor-led training in person and virtually.
• 3+ years developing learning resources/designing learning content.
• 3+ years with PowerPoint.
• 3+ years in Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance, knowledge, skill, and capability gaps and propose practical solutions.
• Lead complex learning products from intake through design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Design curricula, learning journeys, facilitator guides, job aids, simulations, assessments, and blended experiences.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual sessions; adapt to audience and reinforce application and retention.
• Create evaluation strategies and analyze metrics to measure effectiveness and inform improvements.
• Coordinate with leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to align objectives and delivery with business priorities.
• Leverage learning tech, data, and AI-enabled tools to improve access, scalability, and outcomes.
