Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience with 4+ years in L&D.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs across functions.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Ability to translate technical content into engaging training.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs.
• Partner with leaders to assess learning needs and priorities.
• Develop onboarding and role-based training initiatives.
• Lead multiple learning projects with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Manage video/audio content for delivery via web; support training plans.
