Qualifications

5+ years designing digital learning content for a sales/client-facing audience.
Proven expertise with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, WellSaid, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia).
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end learning solutions applying adult learning theory and performance consulting.
Translate curriculum needs into digital experiences (videos, eLearning, assessments, reference materials).
Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and business partners to ensure consistency and alignment.
Stay current on learning technology trends and continuously improve content.
