Performance Contracting Group in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to drive organization, visibility, and consistency across customer engagement, opportunities, and JV pursuits. You will support proposals, prepare decks, and coordinate events with cross-functional teams to enable growth.

The role emphasizes execution, attention to detail, and clear communication, partnering with estimating, operations, and finance to achieve business objectives in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in marketing, business development, event coordination, communications, or related discipline preferred.
• Ability to support business development initiatives through event planning, relationship management, and brand awareness activities.
• Experience creating and editing professional proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer-facing events including lunches, breakfasts, relationship-building meetings, and other networking activities.
• Maintain opportunities module in partnership with estimating team for leadership reporting.
• Support proposal development through content creation, editing, formatting, and presentation prep.
• Develop professional slide decks and materials for scope reviews and meetings.
• Attend industry events to identify networking, opportunities, and market growth.
