Job summary

Gallup is seeking a Senior Content Designer in San Francisco to shape how people experience our brand on the public website and digital products. You will translate research into intuitive content structures, sequencing and information design that guide users to insights and actions.

You'll collaborate with editorial strategists, product designers and researchers, building reusable patterns within Gallup's design system while maintaining our voice and usability across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional experience designing content across web, product or editorial contexts.
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to structure, sequence and communicate content across digital experiences.
• Professional proficiency with Figma.
• Experience using AI to enhance content design.
• On-site work at Gallup's San Francisco office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Design the narrative flow, information architecture and visual structure of marketing pages using Gallup's design system.
• Shape in-product content experiences with thoughtful navigation and labels to help users achieve goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research into clear experiences.
• Create reusable content patterns and design approaches for consistency across products and marketing.
• Use information design and data storytelling to help users understand insights and take action.
• Champion clarity and usability across customer touchpoints while upholding Gallup's voice.
