Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to own the Education Services portfolio, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and certification opportunities across business units. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical products into learner-centered solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and turning into actionable recommendations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Education Services portfolio strategy and content roadmap for assigned domains.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize stakeholder requirements, customer feedback, product roadmaps, support trends, and learning data to set priorities.
• Design technical learning solutions and course blueprints translating complex products and workflows into effective learning experiences.
• Explore and recommend AI-enabled learning approaches and scalable education models.
• Serve as primary course owner ensuring alignment with objectives, audience needs, and quality standards.
• Communicate recommendations, priorities, and readiness decisions while aligning stakeholders with differing goals.
• Monitor portfolio health and continuously improve Education Services offerings to boost proficiency and business value.
