Job Description This role within Emerson serves as an advanced Learning Management System (LMS) resource responsible for leading complex system initiatives, integrations, enhancements, and governance activities across the Global Education Services ecosystem. The Sr. Specialist drives the execution of large-scale LMS projects, ensures system integrity and performance, and partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to optimize learning operations and deliver scalable solutions that support organizational objectives.
You are an experienced systems professional with deep LMS expertise who thrives in complex environments. You apply advanced knowledge and sound judgment to solve complex technical and operational challenges, improve processes, and guide stakeholders toward effective solutions. You influence decisions through expertise, collaboration, and data-driven insights while independently managing complex assignments aligned with business objectives.
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $87,000 - $125,000 annually commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
