McKesson is seeking a Sr. Project Manager within the Financial Services and Solutions (FSS) Learning & Development team to design and deliver modern, AI-enabled learning experiences that support workforce capability and business transformation.

You’ll partner with L&D peers and leadership to translate priorities into scalable solutions, measure impact, and drive performance across McKesson. The role emphasizes AI-enabled learning design, digital learning, and continuous improvement, with a focus

Qualifications

Degree, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with ADDIE or SAM learning frameworks and/or other similar methodologies is a plus

Leverage AI to accelerate content development and delivery.
Use feedback, data, and trends to continuously improve learning impact.
Pilot innovative approaches and advance AI best practices across learning.
Cultivates and maintains a diverse and inclusive culture, encouraging healthy debate from multiple perspectives
Collaborate and build strong relationships with BU Finance Leaders, Compliance, Procurement, Legal and Finance teams
